About Us

Hammertown Industrial Furniture

Hammertown Industrial draws on the passion of two Hamilton born craftsmen to produce one of a kind, Industrial style furnishings.   Steven and Drew have skills that mesh perfectly to create quality furniture with an industrial flare and industrial strength.

  • Steve brings an artistic eye and extensive industrial experience from working in Ontario's manufacturing centres to this team.
  • Drew has a life long love for all things wood.  Whether patiently building a cherry library or re-sawing a century barn beam on the saw mill, this satisfies Drew's need to create.

The Rise of Industries and Artisans

Hamilton, Ontario is experiencing a burst of new life. The foundation of this once-gritty industry town has been years in the making. The people have long survived by sheer determination, from the immigrants who arrived in the north end of the city to work in the steel mills to those outlying rural farmers who worked the land. As prosperity blooms, we can only thank those who made it happen. As steel mills wane in importance we see the rise of many new industries and artisans. Newcomers are excited to discover the natural environment and recreation opportunities  in the midst of this growing urban centre.
